As you all may be aware.. we dabble in the tradeshow business. And by dabble I mean eat, breathe and sleep. From Los Angeles to Chicago to Paris, we are constantly traveling and representing Chan Luu in various parts of the world. This week some of the girls from LA came to rep Chan Luu with us here in NYC at the New York Intermezzo/Accessorie Circuit show. Check out some shots of our week at the booth in Pier 92/94 for May Market

Laurie and I got up at 5 am to do a food offering ritual to the Buddhist monks. This is sticky rice the hotel prepared for us to offer to the monks.
This is a living Buddhist tradition for people in Luang Prabang (in VN too).
One can only participate in the food offering ritual if it is a meaningful for you and can do so respectfully.
Take part in the alms giving ceremony by protecting its dignity and it’s beauty!
